Pink Ladies – Charity Sprint

We took part in the “Pink Ladies” Charity Sprint last week-end. There were quite a few BMWs at the event and I am pleased to report that we did very well on the day. Grant and I had the fastest E46 M3′s on the day beating even the CSL. My car was the 6th quickest overall too which was an excellent result. Somehow, I even managed to have the overall fastest 64ft time at just under 2s!

This short video shows a few of our runs including Dave (Golf R32) and Tony (Vauxhall Monaro).

The making of an E46

Depending on how good your German is, this old video might not make any sense to you (I certainly don’t understand a word!). The video shows how BMW create an E46 from start to finish. The manufacturing process is amazing to watch! You can always click through it a bit!

At Le Mans last year we had great fun, and here is a video of my M3 being followed by Tony in his Monaro. Once again we had cameras in both cars so you get two views. It always looks so much slower in the videos!

This clip is from the Le Mans trip in 2007. We used two cameras- one in the Monaro looking back and one in the M3 looking forward. We have plans for this year to get more organised and Shane has all sorts of plans to get more footage this year. Camera brackets and all sorts are being planned, but back to the video…
